This breathing exercise is a great one to prepare us for a more advanced one coming on the blog soon.  Get ready to open up your lungs and ribcage while you relax your belly muscles.  Belly (stress) aches start at an early age.  Good stress is vital for life and success, but that doesn't mean we should not teach our little yogis how to relieve the stress that sits in our bellies!
