English: Crab; Reverse Tabletop

Benefits: Opens chest and shoulders; Energizing especially after forward motion activities such as computer work or upper body sports

Variations: Walk and dance in crab pose; give your crab friends "high 5's" with your feet

How to: Sit down and bend your knees with your feet flat on the floor.  Place your hands behind you and lift your hips off the floor.
