Sanskrit: Uttanasana
English: Forward Fold; Standing Forward Bend
Benefits: Relieves mild depression, improves digestion, therapeutic for asthma and sinusitis
Variations: Count your toes in a foreign language while you are down there and bend your knees, if needed.
How to: Stand in Mountain pose and bend forward from your hips.  Lengthen your torso as you reach for your toes.
